My name is Adam Staigle. Before coming to chiropractic I tried sugar busters, diet and exercise. If I would have continued this path I would have seen my self in five years besides my slip ups I think my overall health was pretty good, though due to injuries I think I would have maybe had more degenerative pain. I was recommended to One Life by a friend. Since I started chiropractic the minor pain and discomfort has diminished. My name is Allie Vieira, before coming to One Life Chiropractic I would try any easy fix. A lot of times I was using painkillers. If I had continued on the path that I was in I honestly think that I would be in pain all of my life or end up addicted to pills. Dr. Gallegos was my anatomy professor and the more I learned about the human body functions, the more I knew I needed to try something else. Since I have been coming to One Life Chiropractic I am down to one prescription. I have learned to stretch and get active and my nutrition has improved greatly. I feel more alive and in control. My name is Debbie Olsen and I am a 47 year old mother of two. Before coming to chiropractic , I had tried nearly every diet and used several medication such as Wellbutrin, Concerta and others . In the beginning I weighed 242 lbs. and had severe joint pain in my hips, knees, and feet. Packing all the weight and being on my my feet all day were literally killing me. I am certain that that in another five years , I would have been up to nearly 300 lbs. looking at gastric bypass surgery along with a joint replacement or at the very least another knee surgery . Dr. Gallegos-Main did a talk about a makeover challenge at my work. Listening to Dr. Rosie, hearing the evidence of our common faith and the good Lord giving me a subluxation that barely allowed me to turn my head during the second week of our challenge brought me to her office. Since we began chiropractic as a family, my husband lost 4 inches around his waist and over 50lbs; I have lost over 50 lbs and went from a size 22 to a size 12. Most amazing of all would be our son who had been obese since the fourth grade. He began to lose weight and actually see the success that allowed for him to get that fit. He is now on the United Stated Marine Corps.! We believe that without the impetus of his weight loss, he never would have dreamed of doing something like that. Even more important than the actual weight loss, we are all experiencing the health benefits of healing from within. We n no longer consume bottles of antacids, pain medicines or any other medications. Our bodies are functioning, with the proper nutrition and the guidance we receive, in the way God intended. Now we look forward to increased health and growth in his plan , not to be doomed to the medicine chest as our parents are . I began this class, knowing nothing about the book, Body by God. My plan was to learn how to cook healthier as my husband had recently lost 120 lbs. after having the Lapband surgery. I also knew that he is losing, I was gaining. Little did I know that I was about o began a whole body change myself. I found that my mouth was full silver teeth which meant a whole lot of mercury going in my body . I wanted to have the blood test but was unable to as I had signed up for the women’s retreat. I did go for the mercury consultation and then had the x-rays which resulted in my husband and my decision to begin therapy for my spine. It was awesome to have both of us at the consultation because then my husband understood the reasoning for the therapy. Otherwise I do not think that he would have considered it important for the whole process. He knew my back was a problem and he wanted me to get help for it. I decided that if I was going to do the above therapy, I should do the whole process and I began a healing diet as well. Two weeks into the diet I found that I had lost 121 lbs. That was an awesome side benefit. I am excited about this process and have been telling others about it. I believe I need a class on how to present the idea because I have met with all thinking I was a bit crazy. I now believe I need to wait until I have completed the process then I can present living proof of how it all works together in God’s plan. I have started the new exercise program as well trying to incorporate the things I learned into my time at the health club each week. That too is very new beginning for me. Most importantly, I am making sure my allotted devotional time is in place before the day starts. Being retired, we are a little more flexible in the other areas yet need to have set things or our days wittle away and nothing gets done .I want to run this last stretch of the race for Christ, all being all he created me to be and allowing him to use me where ever he needs me for the moment. When he comes and asks me to dance with him I need to say “yes” and be ready allowing him to lead me, that is the tricky part. As I am learning to dance with him and hear his voice and feel the gentle nudge on my back to follow, he will began to use me to teach others to dance. He cannot use me until I learn to allow him to lead. I want to dance through this last portion of my life gracefully bringing honor to him and allowing me to use me to show Jesus to others. Your office is such an example of Christ. Pam and Jon make you feel so very special and cared for. They are indeed Christ’s hands and that is awesome. Thank you so much for this class. It has changing my life. I am sure it is taking lots of courage each week to bring the truth to us. I am so blessed to have learned so much and am praying I will be able to eventually bring the message to those who touch my life.

Yo empeze esta clase , sabiendo nada del libro, Body by God . Mi plan era aprender como cocinar mas saludable como mi esposo recientemente había perdido 120 lbs. , después de tener la operación lapband. Me di cuenta de que tenia mi boca llena de dientes de plata lo que significaba que temía mucho mercurio adentro de mi cuerpo. Yo quería que me hicieran analices de sangre pero no pude porque me apunte para un retiro de mujeres. Lo que hice fue que fue ala consulta de mercurio i me tomaron mis radiografías en lo que resulto que yo y mi esposo tomamos la decisión de empezar terapia para mi espina dorsal . Fue excelente que los dos yo y mi espose pudimos estar los dos en la consulta porque así mi esposo entendió la razón para la terapia. Si no yo no pienso que el hubiera considerado que el proceso es importante. El savia que mi espalda era un problema y quería que buscara ayuda. Decide que si iba a empezar la terapia entonces tenia que hacer todo el proceso y entonces empecé hacer la dieta sana. Dos semanas después de hacer la dieta sana , encontré que había perdido 120 lbs. Eso era excelente. Estoy emocionada por este proceso i estoy contándole a mucha gente. Necesito una clase en como presentar la idea porque e conocido a muchos y piensan que estoy un poco loca. Ahora estoy creyendo que necesito esperar hasta que acabe el proceso para poder presentar que soy prueba viviente de cómo trabajo todo en el plan de Dios. Para dejar que el me use para lo que el me necesite en ese momento .Cuando el venga y me pida que baile con el tengo que decirle que “Si” y estar lista para dejar que el me guié , esto es lo difícil. Así como yo estoy aprendiendo a bailar con el y escuchar su voz, y sentir su codazo en mi espalda para seguir. El empezara a usar me para enseñarle a otros a bailar. Pero el no puede usarme hasta que yo aprenda a dejar que el me guié . Yo quiero bailar en esta ultima porción de mi vida contenta trayendo honor a su nombre y dejando que el me use para enseñar a otros. Su oficina es un ejemplo de Cristo. My name is Gregoria Angel Naranjo and I write this testimony for those who doubt in Dr. Rosalinda Gallegos. Please do not doubt the care you receive because I believe she has been given a gift of healing from God and she carries her faith in God in her heart. She has been given this gift in her hands and also has a huge heart that left me and my family surprised.
For months the doctors told me that I was very sick with hemorrhaging of my uterus due to Cancer. Two doctors in Nampa and another in Boise told my family and me that I was to die and that they had done as much as they could for me. They told me that my uterus was rupturing and all they could do is try chemotherapy for three months to see if that would help. I knew that I would not be able to tolerate the radiation and only God would know what to do since I was so weak. One of my sons worried a lot and called Dr. Gallegos to get her advice. She asked for us to stop by her office before the visit for the first radiation treatment. So as we visited her she told my son, “Do not take her if she is not comfortable with that decision.” She gave me an intense look and said, “Gregoria, don’t allow anyone to do anything you don’t want. You are weak and can’t afford the stress.” I saw her face and something in her eyes that was different. I don’t have the words to explain myself. She prayed with me and adjusted me that day. I did not bleed for three days but after that I hemorrhaged a lot. She called me to see how I was doing and said, “Tell you son to bring you immediately.” That day she sat me down prior to adjusting me and said, “Gregoria, I know I can help you get better but don’t put your trust in my hands. I want you to put your whole Faith in God.” From that day since I have not bled and my Lab work is normal. I continue to get adjusted and have faith in God.

Yo soy Gregoria Ángel Naranjo y escribo este testimonio para que la persona que duden de la doctora Rosalinda Gallegos no lo haga. No duden de ella, ella tiene un don en su corazón y una fe en Dios y Dios le dio un regalo tan grande en sus manos y en su corazón que yo y mi familia estamos sorprendidos.
Por meses los doctores me dijeron que estaba muy grabe de hemorragias por Cáncer del útero. Dos doctores de Nampa y otro de Boise le dijeron a mi familia que yo iba a morir y que ya no podían hacer mucho por mí. Me dijeron que mi útero se iba ha reventar y que podían ponerme radiación por tres meses. Yo sabía que no iba a soportar esas radiaciones porque apenas Dios y yo sabía que estaba muy débil. Uno de mis hijos se mortificaba mucho y le hablo a la Doctora Rosalinda para decirle. Ella le dijo que pasemos a la Clínica antes de que la llevaran a las radiaciones. Así fue que llegamos con ella y le dijo a mi hijo Jesús “No la lleves si ella no esta conforme. Me dio una Mirada y me dijo “Gregoria, no dejes que te lleven. Tu estas muy débil y no vas a aguantar” Yo le mire su cara y algo en sus ojos como si no fuera ella. No se como explicarme y me faltan las palabras. Ella me ajusto y rezo por mi y no sangre hasta tres días después y ella me hablo y me pregunto que como seguía. Yo le dije que me habia enfermado y me dijo “Dile a Jesús que te traga a otro ajuste” y desde ese día ella me dijo “Mira Gregoria yo te voy a ayudar ha mejorar pero no le tengas fe a mis manos. Tú pon tu fe en Dios. Desde ese día continué a ir a los ajustes y jamás me enferme y mis estudios de sangre están normales.

Since I first met Dr. Rosie, I felt so much faith in her. I used to get up daily with neck pain, headaches and always felt tired without much energy and felt useless. After I started care here at Onelife I immediately began to feel better and had more energy and did not feel depressed any longer. My name is Monika Holm and I have Bronchial Asthma. In the summer of 2007 my mother and daughter where in a car accident and needed care so the insurance company referred them to One Life. They were treated and released. Approximately a year later my daughter was experiencing shoulder pain. She returned to One Life. As she started treatment (restructuring her spine and getting correction care) I also was educated on the importance of the Nervous System. I decided to see what Dr. Gallegos had to say about my spine and Nervous System... I also started treatment and so did my boyfriend.
In September 2006 approximately 8 months later I decided to go off my inhaler. I also signed up for the Extreme Makeover (Body by God) she teaches in her office. My name is Sylvia. My shoulders had been sore for about a year (especially my left one). Then one day, for no apparent reason, my left shoulder worsened. I was in extreme pain and lost complete use of my left upper arm. I hadn’t tried too much before chiropractic, not knowing who to go to. My previous experience with knee pain had taught me that my doctor would only prescribe pain medication. My treatment at Main Health Solutions started in October-within a week, I could return to work. The pain has steadily decreased and function steadily increased. I would describe the care that they provide in one word-TRUTH. (So often we accept care, not knowing if it is correct-it is scary). Maximized Living means I am a fully functioning person opposed to a cripple. I have a job, I take care of myself and my home. I see my future long, health, and happy. I will play with my grandchildren someday (when I have some). This process of educating myself about health has left me disillusioned with the FDA, DEQ, AMA, ADA and all pharmaceutical companies. Today I am 58 years old. About 4 years ago my aches and pains had grown to the point that my health care professionals prescribed Celebrix to manage my pain and a statin drug to reduce my LDL (bad cholesterol), Hormones were also suggested. I tried the Celebrix but resisted the hormones and the statin drug opting to try to manage my cholesterol with diet and exercise. My doctor was not pleased with my refusal of the statin drugs. After a month on Celebrix with no relief from pain I consulted my doctor who informed me that I needed to continue taking it. “How long?” I asked “. “For the rest of your life.” Was her reply. It was at that moment that I realized that if I followed the advice of my medical doctor I would be taking multiple prescription drugs for the rest of my life. I quit taking Celebrix that day. It has been a long and gradual process of reducing the harmful things I eat and drink and adding healthful choices, increasing my exercise, switching over to organic foods and trying to get the toxins out of my house. The result has been that I have more energy and that I feel better than I have felt in 10 years. When Body by God class was announced at church I felt it would be just another step in this process and would be a good opportunity to gain more education .While I having been feeling much, much better, I have had a sore shoulder for almost a year . I have resisted doing anything about it because I didn’t know where to go I knew my doctor would prescribe muscle relaxers and pain pills. I thought of chiropractic, but wanted to find someone who would support my search for natural solutions to physical problems. When I sat through the very first class, and realized that Rosie and John main were chiropractors, and best of all, Christians, I knew that I had found someone I would feel comfortable going to for my shoulder pain. In my mind I decided that I would wait till the class was over and then go in for an appointment. However, a few days later my shoulder pain increased and I lost complete use of my arm. The pain was so intense that I couldn’t work, drive, I couldn’t do anything with that arm at all. I couldn’t do anything with that arm at all. I couldn’t even sleep because of the intense pain. My husband made an appointment and drove me to see Dr. John Main the next day. I started treatment immediately and after only three treatments (I went every day at first) the pain decreased enough that I could return to work. After about 3 weeks the pain is gone. I still don’t have complete range of motion but it gets better after every treatment.

Hoy yo cumplo 58 anos . Ase 4 anos mis dolores avían crecido al punto de que mi doctor me dio la receta para Celebrix para controlar mis dolores y otra receta pare Statin para reducir mi LDL (colesterol). Hormonas también fueron sugeridas. Yo trate la receta de Celebrix pero resistí las hormonas y la droga Statin , pensando que con dieta y ejercicio podía controlar mi colesterol. Mi doctor no estaba contento con las decisiones que yo había tomado acerca de no tomar la receta que me dio. Después de un mes que pase tomando sin resultados regrese a mi doctor . El me informo que tengo que continuar a tomar la pastilla . Yo le pregunte “Por cuanto tiempo?” el respondió , “Por el resto de tu vida.” Era en ese momento cuando me di cuenta de que si seguía las sugerencias de mi medico yo iba a tener que tomar múltiple prescripciones por el resto de mi vida. Ese mismo día deje de tomar Celebrix. A sido un proceso largo y paulatino de reducir el daño que yo le hacia a mi cuerpo por las cosas que yo comía y bebía . Trataba de introducir selecciones saludables , aumentando mi ejercicio , cambiando a comida orgánica y tratando de sacar las toxinas de mi casa. En mi mente yo decidí que me iba a esperar hasta que la clase se acabara entonces iría para hacer una cita. Como quiera unos días después mi el dolor en mi hombro aumento y yo perdí el uso completo de mi brazo. El dolor era tan intenso que no podía trabajar, manejar , No podía hacer nada con ese brazo . No podía ni dormir porque el dolor era tan intenso. Mi esposo me hizo la cita y me llevo a ver al Dr. John Main el día siguiente. Empecé el tratamiento inmediatamente y después de solo 3 sesiones (atendí cada día por los primeros tres) el dolor desminuyo tanto que pude regresar a trabajar. Después de 3 semanas el dolor desapareció.

After my operation I was taking lots of medication for my “recuperation” in which I got worse. I began to have weakness throughout my body to the point where my husband had to help me with all my activities of daily living. I stayed this way for several months until the day I went to a Farmer’s Appreciation Day event held in Caldwell. My husband and I left church and went to the event where I feel God guided me. It was there I met Dr. Gallegos and Dr. Main at an informational booth they had. I was examined by Dr. Gallegos and she began my treatment plan. Since then my life has been turned around. I no longer have to take any medication and I have more energy and life. I know it is a miracle to have met the doctors after I had prayed for help and I thank God for having him put her in my path.
Después de mi operación me dieron muchas medicinas para mi recuperación ala cual me puse peor se me iban las fuerzas de todo mi cuerpo tanto que mi esposo tenia que ayudarme en todas mis necesidades y así anduve por un tiempo.
